Welcome to MI Cabs and Tours. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://www.micabsandtours.in and your booking of cab, taxi and travel services with us. By using our website, submitting a booking enquiry, or confirming a booking by phone or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Service

MI Cabs and Tours is a cab and travel partner that arranges intercity, outstation, local, airport and tour transport services. We provide vehicles including Sedan, SUV, Toyota Innova and Tempo Traveller with professional drivers.

We arrange transport services only. Unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation, we are not a hotel, resort or tour-package operator. Accommodation and entry tickets to attractions are not included unless agreed in writing.

2. Booking Process

You may book our services by:

  • Calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 90801 51265
  • Submitting a booking or quote form on our website
  • Using our dedicated book-a-cab page

A booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and confirm vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

Fares are quoted based on distance (per km), package rates, or fixed route pricing as communicated at the time of booking. Unless explicitly included in your quote, the following may apply additionally:

  • Toll charges, parking fees and state border permits
  • Driver allowance and night halt charges for outstation trips
  • Waiting charges beyond the agreed free waiting time
  • GST or other applicable taxes, where relevant

Accepted payment methods: Cash and UPI, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Full payment terms will be confirmed when your booking is accepted.

4. Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup location, drop location, travel date and contact details
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
  • Behave lawfully and respectfully toward our drivers and vehicles
  • Not carry illegal goods, hazardous materials or items prohibited by law
  • Provide valid identification if requested for outstation or interstate travel
  • Ensure the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle’s permitted capacity

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Free cancellation: Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be cancelled without charge, subject to confirmation by our team.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup may attract a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted fare.
  • No-show: If you are not available at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the agreed time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charges may apply.
  • Refunds: Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method, where applicable.

6. Service Limitations

  • Travel times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We may substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class if the originally assigned vehicle is unavailable, with no reduction in service quality.
  • Routes may be altered for safety reasons or due to road closures, with your agreement where possible.
  • We operate 24/7, but availability of specific vehicle types may vary by date and location.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • MI Cabs and Tours is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural disasters, road accidents, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please check the vehicle before alighting.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the fare paid for that specific trip.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images and design, is the property of MI Cabs and Tours or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our website content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concern in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.
